1. Seb Ka Sirka (Apple Cyder Vinegar)

Seb ke sirka me kai minerals jaise calcium, magnesium, potassium aur phosphorus paye jate hai. Isliye yah jodo ke dard me rahat pradan karta hai. Sath hi yah jodo aur connective tissue me toxic substance ko banne se rokta hai.
  • 2 cup pani le.
  • Ab isme 1-1 chammach seb ka sirka aur shahad mila de.
  • Ise roj subah sevan kare. Iska sharir par alkali prabhav hota hai.
2. Adrak

Adrak bhi gathiya ke upchar me faydemand hota hai kyoki isme anti-inflammatory hoti hai.
  • 6 chammach sukha adrak, 6 chammach jeera ka powder aur 3 chammach kali mirch ko apas me milakar pees le. Is mixture ko din me 3 bar adha-adha chammach lekar pani ke sath sevan kare.

3. Sarso ke Tel ki Malish

Gathiya ke inflammation aur jodo ke dard ko thik karne ke liye sarso ke tel ki malish ko kafi faydemand mana jata hai. Sarso ka tel natural marham ki tarah kaam karta hai aur blood ke circulation ko thik karta hai.
  • Sarso ke tel ko halka garm kar le. Yadi jodo me atyadhik sujan ho to isme equal quantity me pyaj ka ras bhi mila le. Ab ise jodo par lagakar dhire-dhire malish kare. Accha result pane ke liye is upchar ko roj sone se pahle kare.
  • Aap sarso ke tel me equal quantity me neelgiri ka tel bhi mila sakte hai. Yah bhi inflammation ko thik karta hai.
4. Haldi

Haldi ka niyamit sevan karne se inflammation aur sujan kam hoti hai. Isme curcumin naam ka compound paya jata hai jisme anti-inflammatory properties hoti hai. Yah rheumatoid arthritis me jyada faydemand hoti hai.
  • Apne bhojan me haldi ka niyamit istemal kare. Roj sone se pahle ek glass dudh me 1 chammach haldi milakar sevan kare. Aap haldi ka juice banakar bhi pee sakte hai.
  • Yadi samasya gambhir ho to 500 mg se 1000 mg ke beech ke haldi ke capsule ka sevan din me 3 baar kare.

5. Sendha Namak

Sendha namak magnesium ak ek accha source hota hai. Magnesium sharir ke pH maan ko thik karta hai. Gathiya jaisi inflammatory disease se bachne ke liye sharir ke pH maan ka control me rahna kaafi jaruri hota hai kyoki sharir me acid level badhne par yah bimari aur jyada gambhir rup le sakti hai.
  • Sendha namak aur nimbu ke ras ko barabar matra me lekar adha cup garm pani me milaye. Is mixture ko roj subah aur raat ko sone se pahle 1-1 chammach sevan kare.
  • Ya fir, apne nahane ke tub ke pani me 2 chammach sendha namak dalkar kuch der ke liye baithe ya hot bath le.
6. Dalchini

Dalchini me anti-inflammatory aur anti-oxidant properties hoti hai jo gathiya ke dard me rahat pradan karti hai.
  • Dedh chammach dalchini ke powder aur ek chammach shahad ko ek cup garm pani me milaye aur subah khali pet sevan kare. Ise kuch dino ke liye roj sevan kare.
  • Aap dalchini aur shahad ka paste banakar jodo par bhi laga sakte hai.
7. Machhli Ka Tel (Fish Oil)

Fish oil me omega-3 fatty acids hote hai jo sharir me inflammation aur dard ko kam karne me madad karti hai.
  • Roj ek se do chammach fish oil ka sevan kare.
  • Roj subah khali pet fish oil supplements ka sevan karne se subah ki jakdan kam hoti hai.
Aap fish oil ke alava omega-3 fatty acids yukt anya products ka sevan bhi kar sakte hai jaise alsi ke beej.

8. Alfalfa

Alfalfa ko rijka bhi kahte hai. Isme minerals bharpur matra me hote hai aur yah pH level ko thik rakhne me bhi madad karta hai.
