Ankhe hamare sharir ke sabse jaruri ango me se ek hot hai. Ankh ki roshni me thodi si bhi kami aane par hame kafi samasya ka samna karna padta hai.

Eyesight ka kam hona myopia (dur ka dhundhla dikhna) aur hyperopia (paas ka dhundhla dikhna) se bhi juda hua hai. Kuch vishesh karak jaise genetics, nutrition ki kami, badti umra (aging) aur ankho par atyadhik stress hone par yah samasya hoti hai.

  • Apni ankho ki palko ko lagatar bina ruke 20 se 30 baar jaldi-jaldi jhapkaye.
  • Ab apni ankho ko band karke unhe rest de.
  • aisa din me 2 baar kare.
Exercise - 4
  • Apne se 2 se 3 meter dur rakhi kisi chij par dhyan lagaye. Shuru me aisa 5 minute ke liye kare aur dhire-dhire time badhate jaye.
  • Dhyan lagane ke dauran apni ankho ko bilkul bhi na jhapkaye.
  • Is exercise ko kuch mahino ke liye roj kare.
2. Sunning aur Palming

Sunning aur palming bhi ankho ki roshni ke liye kafi faydemand hote hai kyoki yah ankho ke lens aur ciliary muscles ko flexible aur majbut banate hai.
