Sar Dard Dur Karne Ke 8 Gharelu Tarike in Urdu

Sar dard hona normal problem hai jo har insan ko kabhi na kabhi ho hi jati hai. Sar dard 3 type ke hote hai – tension sar dard, migraine sar dard aur cluster sar dard.

Sar dard hone ke kai karan ho sakte hai jaise sar me physical changes hona, blood vessels ka chhota hona, abnormal neural activity, genetic karan, smoking, bahut jyada sharab peena, body me pani ki kami hona, bahut jyada sona, pain killers medicine jyada lena, ankho ya gardan par jor padna.

Kai log sar dard se chhutkara pane ke liye painkillers medicines jyada khate hai. Painkillers khane se kai side effects hote hai aur koi gambhir bimari panapne ka khatra badh jata hai. Aise kai gharelu ilaj bhi maujud hai jinko apnakar sardard se asani se chhutkara paya ja sakta hai, vo bhi bina kisi side effect ke.

Jaise ki jyadatar sar dard ki problem dehydration (body me pani ki kami) ke karan hoti hai. Isiye aisi situation me ek glass thanda pani peene se hi turant rahat mil jati hai. Apni body ko hydrated rakhne ke liye din me kam se kam 8-10 glass pani piye.

Pani ke alava kuch gharelu food products lene se bhi sar dard ko thik kiya ja sakta hai. Yaha sabse kargar gharelu products ke bare me diya ja raha hai –

1. Adrak

Adrak, sar ki blood vessels me inflammation ko kam karke sar dard me rahat pradan karta hai.

  • Adrak ke ras aur nimbu ke ras ko barabar quantity me milaye. Ise din me do baar le.
  • Ya fir, sukhe adrak ka powder jise sonth bhi kaha jata hai, me pani milakar paste taiyar kare. Ab is paste ko apne mathe par lagaye.
  • Aap adrak ke powder ko garm pani me dalkar iski bhap bhi le sakte hai.
  • Adrak se bani candy ko chuskar khaye.

2. Pudina

Pudina me menthol aur menthone naam ke primary components paye jate hai jo sar dard ko dur karne me kafi faydemand hote.

  • Pudina ki pattiyo ka juice nikalkar apne mathe par lagaye.
  • Ek chammach jaitun ke tel me do bunde pudina ke tel ki dalkar apne mathe ki malish kare.

3. Tulsi

Tulsi muscles ko aram dilanewali medicine ki tarah kaam karti hai. Isliye muscles me tanav ya khichav ke karan hone wale sar dard me tulsi rahat deti hai. Sath hi iske analgesic effects bhi hote hai.

  • Ek cup pani me 3-4 tulsi ki pattiya dalkar kuch der ke liye ubale. Ab isme thoda sa shahad dalkar chaay ki tarah piye.
  • Aap tulsi ki pattiyo ko pani me ubalkar uski bhap bhi le sakte hai.
  • Ya fir, kuch pattiyo ko chabakar khaye ya tulsi ke tel se mathe ki malish kare.

4. Lavender oil

Lavender oil ki sukhdayak khushbu ko sirf sunghne se hi tension se paida hone wale sar dard me kafi rahat milti hai. Kai research se yah pata chala hai ki yah migraine ke symptoms ko kam karne me help karti hai.

  • Lavender oil ki kuch bundo ko ek kapde par dalkar sunghe. Aap 2 cup ubalte pani me do bunde lavender oil ki dalkar bhap bhi le sakte hai.
  • Ya fir, ek chammach badam ke tel ya jaitun ke tel me 2-3 bunde lavender oil ki dalkar mathe par malish kare.

Note: lavender oil ko khaye nahi.

5. Ice pack

Barf ya ice ka thandapan, sar ke inflammation ko kam karke sar dard me rahat deta hai. Sath hi yah dard wali jagah ko sunn kar deta hai jisse dard ki feeling kam ho jati hai.

  • Apni gardan ke pichhe ice pack lagane se migraine ke dard me bhi rahat milti hai.
  • Barf dale thande pani me ek kapda bhigokar sar par 5 minute ke liye rakhe. Ise 4-5 dohraye.

6. Rosemary (mehndi)

Rosemary oil me rosmarinic acid paai jai hai. Isme anti-inflammatory properties hoti hai jo sar dard ko thik karne me help karti hai.

  • Rosemary oil ki kuch bundo ko apne mathe par lagakar malish kare.
  • Ya fir, herbal tea banakar piye. Herbal tea banane ke liye ek cup ubalte pani me ek chammach pisi rosemary ki pattiya dale. Ubalte time ise thak kar rakhe aur fir 10 minute ke liye thanda hone de. Is tea ko din me 2-3 baar piye.

Note – high blood pressure aur mirgi (epilepsy) ke marij rosemary ka istemal na kare.

7. Laung

Laung me cooling aur pain killer properties hoti hai jo tension ke karan huye sar dard me rahat deti hai.

  • Kuch laung ko kutkar ek saaf kapde me bandh le. Ab din me jab bhi apko sar dard feel ho to is kapde ko lambi-lambi sanso se sunghe.
  • Ya fir, laung ke tel se apne mathe ki malish kare.

8. Seb (apple)

Seb aur seb ka sirka, dono me hi body ke acid alkaline level ko balance karne ki properties hoti hai. Body me irregular acidic aur alkaline level karan bhi sar dard ki problem hoti hai.

  • Ek seb ko namak ke sath le.
  • Ya fir, ek glass pani me 2 chammach seb ka sirka milakar le.
