Qabz Door Karne Ke 10 Gharelu Tarike in Urdu

Qabz (constipation) ek bahut hi common digestive disorder hai jo kisi bhi umra ke vyakti ko ho sakta hai. Qabz ke karan pakhana karne me pareshani hoti hai aur pakhana karte time vyakti ko kafi jor lagana padta hai.

Qabz ke symptoms nimn hai – pet fulna, acidity hona, shauch karne ki khwawish to hona lekin shauch na nikalna, bhukh na lagna, khatti dakar ana, sar dard hona, depression, muhase aur muh me chhale hona.

Kabz hone ke sabse mukhya karan hai – irregular diet, kam pani peena, bahut jyada tala-bhuna khana khana, irregular shauch ki adat, physical activity ki kami, pet ki muscles kamjor hona, bawaseer hona, stress me rahna aur kuch medicines ke side effects ke karan.

Qabz hone par hame kafi pareshani ka samna karna padta hai. Iske karan ham comfortable feel nahi karte aur kisi bhi kaam me hamara man nahi lagta. Aise kai gharelu ilaj hai jinko apnakar digestive system ki kaam karne ki takat ko badhaya ja sakta hai aur qabz se chhutkara paya ja sakta hai. Yaj ilaj apnana kafi saral hai aur yah kafi faydemand bhi hote hai.

1. Nimbu pani

Nimbu pani digestive system ko stimulate karke qabz ko door karta hai. Yah constipation ka sabse saral aur kargar ilaj hai jise ghar par hi kar sakte hai.

  • Nimbu ko adha kaatkar uska ras ek glass pani me nichod le. Aap isme swad ke anusar sendha namak aur shahad bhi daal sakte hai.
  • Nimbu pani ko aap roj subah khali pet ek glass piye. Aap ek glass nimbu pani shaam ko bhi pee sakte hai.
  • Is ilaj ko ek hafte tak lagatar apnaye aur result dekhe.

2. Saunf

Sauf ka upyog qabz, apach, sujan aur irritable bowel syndrome ke ilaj me kiya jata hai kyonki yah digestive system ki muscles ke movement ko badhati hai.

  • 1 cup saunf ke beejo ko sukhakar bhun le.
  • Iske baad ise bareek peeskar ek jar me bharkar rakh le.
  • Roj is powder ko adha chammach lekar pani ke sath le.

3. Anjeer

Anjeer me bahut jyada quantity me fiber paya jata hai aur yah qabz natural medicine ki tarah kaam karta hai. Vo log jinhe kafi lambe time se qabz hai vo ise apni diet me jarur shamil kare. Taja aur sukhe anjeer dono hi qabz ke ilaj ke liye kafi faydemand hai. Jab taja anjeer bajar me mile to unhe chhilke ke sath khaye kyonki inke chhilko me hi jyada fiber aur calcium hota hai.

  • 2 ya 3 badam aur sukhe anjeer le.
  • Inhe kuch ghanto ke liye pani me bhigokar rakh de.
  • Badam ke chhilko ko nikaal de aur fir inhe peeskar paste taiyar kare.
  • Raat ko sone se pahle is paste ko ek chammach shahad ke sath le.

4. Arandi ka tel

Arandi ka tel stimulant medicine ki tarah kaam karta hai. Yah small aur large intestine ko stimulate karta hai aur bowel movement ko improve karta hai. Arandi ke tel ko sidhe ek ya do chammach lekar khali pet nigal le. Swad banane ke liye ise aap kisi fruit juice ke sath le sakte hai.

Kuch ghanto ke andar hi apko apni condition me badha improvement dekhne ko milega. Aap is ilaj ko jyada time tak regularly na apnaye kyonki iske kai side effects bhi hote hai.

5. Shahad

Shahad qabz me aram pane ke liye kafi effective role ada karta hai kyonki yah mild laxative ki tarah kaam karta hai. Constipation se rahat pane ke liye aap ise roj le sakte hai.

  • Roj din me 3 baar 2-2 chammach shahad le.
  • Aap ek chammach shahad ko nimbu pani ke glass me dalkar bhi le sakte hai. Ise roj subah khali pet le.

6. Alsi

Alsi me kai medical properties hoti hai jaise isme kafi jyada quantity me fiber aur omega-3 fatty acids paye jate hai. Qabz ki kafi serious state ho jane par alsi bahut jyada fayda karti hai.

  • 1 glass pani me ek chammach alsi ke beej dalkar kuch ghanto ke liye rakh de. Roj sone se pahle is pani ko piye. Subah uthkar apka pakhana kafi achha hoga.
  • Aap sirf 2 ya 3 chammach alsi ke beejo ko pani ke sath kha bhi sakte hai.

7. Angur

Angur me insoluble fiber hota hai achhe pakhana ke liye faydemand hota hai.

  • Roj ek katori angur khaye ya iske juice ko piye.
  • 10 se 12 sukhe anguro ko dudh me 10 minute ke liye garm karke sham ko khaye. Yah nuskha bachho me qabz ko thik karne me kafi faydemand hota hai.

Agar taja angur available na ho to kismis (sukhe angur) ko pani me ek din ke liye bhigoye rakhe aur fir khaye. Achhe result pane ke liye aap ise khali pet bhi kha sakte hai.

8. Palak

Palak digestive tract ko healthy rakhne ke liye kafi faydemand hoti hai, specially jab apko qabz ho. Palak me aise kai components hote hai intestinal tract ko saaf rakhte hai aur uski muscles ko majbut banate hai.

  • Aap palak ko seedhe kha sakte hai ya fir sabji banakar bhi kha sakte hai.
  • Yadi apko gambhir qabz hai to aadhe glass palak ke juice me adha glass pani milakar din me 2 baat piye.

9. Sheera (molasses)

Pakhana ki process ko asan banane ke liye sheera kafi faydemand medicine hai.

  • Raat ko sone se pahle ek chammach sheera khaye. Agar apko iska swad achha nahi lagta hai to ise aap dudh ya fruit juice me milakar bhi pee sakte hai. Agar problem kafi serious ho to 2 ya 3 chammach sheera khaye.
  • Subah 2 chammach sheera ko 2 chammach peanut butter ke sath milakar khaye.

10. Pani aur fiber

Qabz hone ka sabse main reason hota hai khane me fiber ki kami. Fiber ek aisa compound hai jo pani ko intestine me baandhe rakhta hai, jiske karan pakhana ki process asan ho jati hai.

Apne khane me high fiber foods jaise beans, aloo, gajar, brown rice, aluubukhara, anaj, taja fal, hari sabjiya, badam, pumpkin seeds, broccoli, matar aur daale khaye.

Qabz ke dauran khub pani ya koi anya liquid (jaise juice aadi) lena bhi jaruri hai. Din me kam se kam 8 glass pani piye. Achhe result pane ke liye raat ko tambe ke bartan me pani bharkar rakh de aur dinchar isko piye.
