Neend Na Ane Ke 10 Gharelu Ilaj in Urdu

Neend na ana ek normal problem hai jisme sone ki kafi koshish karne par bhi neend nahi aati hai. Iske karan raat ko neend puri nahi ho patt aur din me thakan, tension, sir dard, chidchidapan, depression, kaam me man na lagna aadi problems hone lagti hai.

Neend na ane ki bimari (insomnia) 2 type ki hoti hai – acute aur chronic. Jyadatar logo ko acute insomnia hota hai jo kuch dino ya hafto ke liye hota ai. Vahi dusri or chronic insomnia kai mahino ya fir salo tak ho sakta hai.

1. Jeera (cumin seeds)

Jeera culinary spice hota hai jo pet ke digestion powder ko badhakar body ki nind ko bhi thik karta hai. Purane time ki medicines me neend badhane ke liye ise kafi faydemand mana jata tha. Jeere ke tel ko bhi kafi faydemand mana jata hai.

Chaay banane ke liye ek chammach jeere ko 5 seconds ke liye halki aanch me senke, ab isme ek cup pani milakar ubale. Ise tab tak ubale jab tak ki pani me jeere ka rang najar na aane lage. Ab ise thanda hone de aur fir chhan le. Apki jeere ki chaay taiyar hai. Isko roj raat ko sone se pahle piye.

2. Jaayfal (nutmeg)

Jaayfal me sedative properties hoti hai jo natural neend ko badhava deti hai.

  • 1/4 chammach jaayfal ke powder ko ek cup garm dudh me ghole. Ise sone se pahle piye.
  • Ya fir aap 1/4 chammach jaayfal ke powder ko ek cup garm pani me milakar bhi le sakte hai. Ise bhi sone se pahle piye.
  • Ya fir ek chutki jaayfal ke powder ko ek chammach amla me milakar din me 3 baar le. Yah upay insomnia ke sath-sath badhazmi aur depression ka bhi ilaj karega.

3. Kesar (saffron)

5. Kela (banana)

Kela khane se bhi neend lane me help milti hai kyonki isme niacin amino acid hoti hai jo serotonin ke level ko badhakar sleep pattern ko control karne me help karti hai. Kela aapke mood ko bhi thik karne me help karta hai aur digestion powder ko thik karta hai.

6. Garm dudh

Dimaag aur body ko aram dene ke liye garm dudh kafi faydemand gharelu nuskha hota hai. Kele ki tarah isme bhi niacin amino acid hota hai neend ko badhava deta hai.

  • Ek cup garm dudh me 1/4 chammach dalchini powder milaye.

7. Methi ka juice

  • Methi ki taja pattiyo ko peeskar juice taiyar kare.
  • Roj 2 chammach methi ke juice me 1 chammach shahad milakar piye.

8. Valerian

Valerian ek herb hoti hai jisme muscles ko aram dene wali properties hoti hai. Yah relaxation ko paida karke deep sleep ko badhava deti hai.

  • Dedh-dedh chammach valerian aur jaayfal ko do cup garm pani me milaye. Ise 15 minute ke liye rakha rahne de aur fir pani ko chhankar piye. Is ilaj ko do hafto se jyada time ke liye na kare kyonki iske karan kuch heart se related problems paida ho sakti hai.
